Short version: I collect what I need to run the table and nothing else, I don't sell it, and you can have it deleted by asking.

Who's asking
Table of Traders is run by Kyle Callaghan in San Diego, California. There is no company behind it and no team. If you email kyle@tableoftraders.com, I'm the one who reads it.
What I collect
If you book a table: your first name and last initial, email address, mobile number, and the answers you give on the intake form — what you trade, your instruments, your style, how long you've been at it, whether trading is full-time for you, your funded status, what you want out of the table, whether you'd rather listen or talk, whether you drink, whether you're selling anything trading-related, and anything else you choose to tell me.
If you just leave your email: your email address, and which page you left it on.
Automatically: anonymous, aggregated page-view counts through Vercel Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you or follow you to other sites.
Never: your card details. Payment goes through Stripe and card numbers never touch this site or reach me.
Why I collect it
The trading answers exist for one reason: to organize the table and to make introductions that aren't a waste of your evening. Your name and email are for your confirmation and reminder, and to let you know when new tables go up. Every one of those has an unsubscribe link and one click is enough. Your mobile is for one text on the day of the table, so you're not walking in scanning the room. That's it.
The drinking question is only used to choose a venue. It is never shared with anyone, and it never appears at the table.
Who sees it
I do. Other people at your table see your first name, last initial, and whatever you choose to say once you're there. Nothing from your form is read out or shared. Your contact details are never given to another attendee without you saying so first.
Three companies process data on my behalf, and only to make the site work: Stripe (payments), Supabase (the database), Resend (sending the confirmation and reminder emails), and Vercel (hosting). None of them get your data for their own marketing.
I have never sold or shared personal information for money or for cross-context behavioural advertising, and I don't intend to start.
How long I keep it
Booking records stay as long as I'm running these tables, because repeat attendance is how I know who already knows whom. Email addresses stay until you ask to come off the list. Ask and it goes.
Your rights in California
Under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, California residents can ask me to: tell you what I hold about you and where it came from; hand you a copy of it; delete it; correct anything wrong; and limit how sensitive information is used. You can also tell me not to sell or share your information — though as above, I don't.
To exercise any of these, email kyle@tableoftraders.com and say what you want. I'll confirm within 10 days and complete it within 45. I may ask you to confirm the request from the email address on the booking, so I know it's you.
I will never treat you differently for exercising any of these rights. There is no worse price and no reduced service.
Children
This is not for anyone under 18, and I don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.

If this page changes in a way that matters, I'll update the date at the top. If it changes in a way that really matters, I'll email the list.
